My mom sends me ridiculous emails sometimes. They’re either drug recalls, cute puppy pictures, or a combination of travel pictures and dire warnings about urban myths that have been dismissed years ago on Snopes. Here’s one of the best things my mom has sent me. Instructions on what to do in case of a heart attack.

The subject line read: “FW: HEART ATTACK SLIDE SHOW – Worth 45 seconds of your time” Hence the name of this blog. I hope to share this and many other random emails from my mom in the future.
